Guest Blogger Guest Bloggers on Source BloggerAlthough we appreciate being regarded as somewhat of an authority on issues regarding blogging, business development, and Human Resources, we strive to be more of a community and often seek a collaborative effort from other bloggers to provide value to our readers.

What better way to connect to our community and enhance your online presence than writing a featured article with us?

Guest Blogging Guidelines

We’ve had a fair amount of interest from people who want to share guest posts on Source Blogger, and as such, have created these guidelines to help you. Remember that these are guidelines . . . we’re looking for bloggers who can express themselves and challenge our worldwide audience to be affected, to think, and be moved to respond by what they read here.

Only article of the highest quality content will be considered. If you are unsure, read about 3-4 random articles and get a feel for my writing style and how I structure articles. You will soon spot a trend on how I construct my posts.

And if you are trying to submit an article about some new “get rich” scheme that you and your wife created, don’t even bother! I don’t care how “proven” it is.

Topics

We’re open to articles on almost everything pertaining to blogging, making money online, internet marketing, social media marketing, social commentary, economics, human resources, and business development. Submissions must be 100% original content.

Sub Headings

Subheadings are great for breaking up your posts, and help make them easier to read. Use the bold or h 2 / h3 tags to wrap your subheadings.

Images

Images are great for grabbing a reader’s attention. If you can’t come up with an image that directly relates to what you’re writing about, think of abstract images that may illustrate your point.

NOTE: If you aren’t able to find an image, we’ll do it for you.

Post Length

Typically, posts can be of any length as long as they convey the message. I do recommend you have a minimum of 600 words. Keep in mind that posts that are too long or too short can be daunting for readers,

Editing

We regularly edit posts submitted to Source Blogger by our contributors and guest bloggers. We reserve the make corrections or edits of your article as necessary.

Exclusivity

In submitting a post to Source Blogger, we shall assume that the post you’re writing is exclusively for use here. We ask that you not submit duplicate articles or use any submitted work elsewhere.

Linking to your blog or website is okay ONLY if directly relevant to the topic. Excessive linking is prohibited and anything that reeks of spam will be removed / rejected.

Byline / Signature

We want to help promote you as the author of your article, and as such, provide an opportunity to include a byline/signature on your posts. This may not be used as ad space. We are encouraging you to let people know who you are and what you do. We allow up to 2 links, but they may not be affiliate links or point to junk sites that are solely designed for promoting affiliate links.
