Your Google Blogger Blogspot template blog was customized to already give readers the option to Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Interest in Atom feeds has given way to the current trend in blog subscription which is now RSS feeds. Your blog readers will prefer to subscribe to your blog via RSS.

With so many other methods to subscribe to your blog, why hold on to Subscribe to: Posts (Atom) one more minute?

The Subscribe to: Posts (Atom) link takes up too much room, is never used and looks…well… hideous!

Let’s remove it shall we? It is very simple to remove this feature on your Google Blogger Blogspot blog – requiring less than 3 minutes from start to finish.

As a precaution, consistent with any alteration you perform in the HTML section of your Blogger blog, back up your template. And always, always only follow tutorials from a reliable, trusted source.You will typically find many methods to make changes to your blog template, but some bad coding could paralyze your blog’s performance.

Removal Instructions

Proceed to your blog’s dashboard > Design > Edit HTML tab

Click the “Expand Widget Templates” box

Remove this line of code:

You are done!

Go back to your blog and see for yourself! You have effectively removed Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
